Naomi Exum has been with VCM since March 2020 and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development from Voorhees College. She enjoys working with children and believes that children learn through play. She allows children to learn by providing opportunities for children to discover, explore, create and imagine.

LaTasha Green has been with VCM for four years. She started as a substitute teacher for Tender Years before her promotion to full-time kitchen staff and floater. She has two children and they both attend Tender Years.

Bridgett Jones has been with VCM since 2015 and is a permanent floating teacher at Tender Years. She is the proud mother of two boys and she really enjoys helping and being a part of children’s growth.

Early Head Start. I’ve Been employed with Vital Connections of The Midlands Since November 2015. I’ve had experience with Children for 5+ years. I started out by taking care of my little brother and sister as a teen. I also baby sit my little cousin and family/friend children. I love interacting with children and learning each child personality. I tend to have great connections with children and all children loves Mrs. Charlotte. I love being able to watch each child sprout differently in their own unique way. I attended Dreher High School; I graduated class of 2005. I attend Voorhees College in Denmark, SC. I graduated college May 2009 with my bachelor’s degree in Sociology. I have a lovely family. I got married in April 2021. I have 4 Children (all Boys) whom I love dearly. Being a boy mom has truly kept me busy and trying out new adventures. My Zodiac sign is a Taurus. I love experiencing new things and meeting new people. I love to travel and explore the world. I enjoy life. I’m delighted to work with your child each day.

Dasha Miller has been a teacher with VCM since August 2021. Her first year, she worked at the Tender Years center in the infant room in which she absolutely loves the babies. Dasha has always enjoyed working with infants, toddlers, and connecting with parents and families. Over the years, she has picked up hobbies such as singing, spoken word, drawing, and much more. She is excited to work with any and all children during her time here at Tender Years.

My name is Tameka Smith- Hill, a mother of two children and married to Mark Hill. I’m the President of

Parents Overseeing Planted Seeds. I’m also affiliated with other organizations like Heart-to-Heart Outreach 1 a nonprofit organization dealing with the community and I’m also the President of the Young Adult Ministry at St Matthew First Baptist Church. I’m form employed at Victory Learning Academy as the Director. I ‘ve been working with children over 25years. I have a passion working with children. I’m a Leader, Mentor, and many more in my field of work. I believe in if we can Reach One, we can Teach One. Philippians 4:13 1 can do all things through Christ which strengthened me.

Hi, my name is Wanda Smith. I have worked at Tender Years for five years now. I enjoy working with the infants and toddlers, helping them learn and grow. I am married with 5 kids and have 7 grandchildren. I enjoy cooking and baking in my free time.  I look forward to working with you and your child while they attend Tender Years.
